At Everlight Solar, we’ve always believed in the power of sustainable energy to light up lives. In Northern Minneapolis, we’ve had the incredible opportunity to partner with the Community Emergency Assistance Program (CEAP) to make a meaningful difference in the lives of local families in need.
CEAP’s unwavering dedication to supporting families facing hardship aligns seamlessly with our values at Everlight Solar. Their commitment to providing emergency food relief, housing assistance, and support services to thousands of individuals in Hennepin County resonates deeply with our mission to create positive change through action.
In the spirit of giving thanks, we were able to contribute a staggering 5,889 pounds of food to CEAP! This donation translates to an astounding 4,907 meals for families who might otherwise have struggled to put a Thanksgiving meal on the table.
Partnering with CEAP allowed us to witness firsthand the impact of collective effort. It’s more than just a donation—it’s a gesture of solidarity and care for our neighbors, emphasizing that no one should go hungry, especially during the holiday season. As a company deeply committed to sustainability, this collaboration with CEAP serves as a reminder that sustainability isn’t just about renewable energy; it’s also about nurturing and sustaining the communities we are a part of.
