Our Electrical Apprenticeship Program offers another exciting way to grow. Apprentices gain real-world experience on solar installation projects while learning directly from licensed professionals, building the technical skills and confidence needed for a lasting career in renewable energy.
And for students looking to jumpstart their journey, our Summer Internship Program provides 14 weeks of hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to the solar industry.
