This Thanksgiving season, the Everlight Solar family came together in a powerful way to celebrate gratitude, community, and generosity. Our teams in Milwaukee and Madison rolled up their sleeves to deliver support where it matters most.
Sharing Food & Hope Across Wisconsin
Everlight donated over 110 boxes of essential food items to the Interchange Food Pantry and the Badger Prairie Needs Network. These weren’t just canned goods — we contributed a mix of non-perishables: canned proteins, granola and snack bars, pasta, beans, soups, fruits, vegetables, peanut butter…even treats for the season.

Volunteering with Purpose
Beyond goods, we were able to give our time. In Milwaukee, team members volunteered at Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin. In Madison, we contributed to the Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin. It was a hands-on effort — packing, sorting, and supporting their mission to feed local families.

Why These Organizations Matter
Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin is part of the national Feeding America network, serving as the largest hunger-relief organization in the region. They partner with hundreds of food pantries across 35 counties, helping to distribute millions of pounds of nutritious food every year. Learn more about Feeding America here.
Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin, based in Madison, works to end hunger in its 16-county service area. Their mission centers on equity, innovation, and community partnerships — ensuring everyone has access to culturally meaningful and nutritious food. Learn more about Second Harvest here.
A Spirit of Gratitude
As we at Everlight reflect on this Thanksgiving season, we’re deeply grateful. Grateful for our Everlight team, whose compassion turned into action. Grateful for pantries like Feeding America and Second Harvest, which make giving back to the community simple and straightforward. And most of all, grateful for the opportunity to give back in a way that aligns with our values.
At Everlight Solar, we believe in more than just powering homes — we believe in empowering communities.
