Everlight Solar is proud to be recognized by the workplace culture site, Comparably, Each quarter, Comparably honors companies with the Best Places to Work Awards, as rated by their employees, across various categories.

Earlier this year, Everlight Solar was awarded its Best CEOs for Diversity, Best Company Leadership, and Best Company Outlook Awards. The Best CEOs for Diversity Award represents the top-ranked CEOs, based solely on anonymous sentiment ratings from employees of color. The Best Leadership Teams Award is derived from employees who anonymously rated their CEOs, executive leaders, and direct managers on Comparably.com over 12 months. The Best Company Outlook Award measures how confident employees feel about their company’s future success, how likely they are to recommend working there to a friend, and how excited they are to work. 

In the latest quarter, Everlight was thrilled to receive four awards including, Best CEO, Best Company Culture, Best Company, and Best Company for Diversity. Best Company Culture is obtained from the overall top-rated companies of 2022. The Best CEO is determined by the approval rating workers give their chief executives. The Best Company for Women is attained from female staff members who provided anonymous sentiment ratings about their employers this year. Lastly, the Best Company for Diversity is based solely on sentiment ratings provided by BIPOC employees.

More Awards

Everlight Solar is proud to have been voted “Minnesota’s Best 2021 GOLD Winner” and “Minnesota’s Best 2022 GOLD Winner” in the category of Solar Energy Provider, out of all the solar providers in the entire state. Minnesota’s Best is an award program that recognizes the best Minnesota businesses in over 390 categories. The program is organized by the Star Tribune, a local newspaper with more than 150 years of experience. Its mission has been to cover what matters most to Minnesotans.

Everlight Solar also achieved 2021 Climate Champion status for bringing solar energy to Dane County, Wisconsin households. This award recognizes local entities that are leaders in climate action.
